Stainless steel unions

Stainless steel unions

Couplings, Dutchmen and elbow fittings are always detachable and, due to the different types of connection, can be used very variably. We stock these pipe fittings in conical sealing and in flat sealing (with PTFE seal) versions with the pipe connection types: female thread, male thread as well as with welding and hose ends.

We offer couplings for screwing in 3 product lines:

ECO-Line - our low-priced variant

  • Pressure stage PN 10
  • stainless V4A stainless steel investment casting Material No. 1.4408/ CF8M

ISO 4144 - the standardized version

  • Compatibility - all individual parts are interchangeable
  • Pressure stage PN 20 to 40° C or PN 16 to 100° C
  • Stainless steel 1.4408 (welded screw connections, ...)
  • Stainless steel Material 1.4307, 1.4571, 1.4404
  • Inspection certificate 3.1
  • 3D-CAD files are available for download

High-Quality - for high pressures

  • Modular system (insert, screw-in part and union nut
  • Pressure stages PN 100/ 50 (according to EN 13480-3)
  • according to the pressure vessel guideline PED 2014/68/EU
  • made from solid material
  • Stainless steel Material 1.4307, 1.4571, 1.4404
  • APZ 3.1

Sealing: The flat-sealing screw connection made of stainless steel is optionally available with other sealing materials. The flat-sealing screw connection of the High-Quality version can be optionally configured with an O-ring.

Thread: The tapered union as well as the flat sealing union have a Whitworth thread (male thread, tapered according to ISO 7/1 - R; female thread, parallel according to ISO 228 - G) All pipe fittings are optionally available with NPT thread.

Pressure: The ECO-Line screw connection can be used up to a maximum of 10 bar. The ISO 4144 screw connection can be used up to a maximum of 20 bar and the turned screw connection up to a maximum of 100 bar.
