The Aseptics- and the Hygene-flange connections according to DIN 11864-2 respectively
DIN 11853-2 are compatible and only differenciate in axis length.

When assembled the O-ring is inserted in the collar connection in which the O-Ring fixes itself.
Then the threaded tail is assembled against it in a way, that both connecting pieces interlock
The Nozzle and the O-Ring are herewith coaxially centred
Furthermore the Locknut is pushed over the collar connection and screwed on the threaded adapter, until the faces of the collar connections connect.
In the process the O-ring will be formed in a way that a smooth, gapless and sealed connection is produced.

at 140°C with the usage of suitable seals
