Our myheco customer portal is accessible 24/7 and provides you with the following functions:

  • display of your offers with the current stock levels and planned new arrivals

  • display of your orders with the current delivery status and planned delivery dates

  • download of your order-related documents (order confirmation, delivery note, invoice)

  • tracking with live tracking data

  • display of your individual effective prices on our product pages under “stocks and pricing” and as Excel data file under “downloads”

  • search and find products with your article number

  • manage your favourites

  • download of your certificates
