<p><b>Adapter nipple made of stainless steel</b></p><p><span class="tDescSmall">Victaulic No. 42</span></p><br><br><p>The system is designed for standard pipes with roller grooves or milled grooves and for</p><p>thin-walled pipes with roller grooves.</p><p>The roller grooves are not produced by removing material. The groove is cold-formed by an</p><p>upper roller that is driven into the pipe while being driven by a bottom roller driven into the pipe.</p><p>The rolled groove has round edges that reduces the potential motion of the ends of the pipe</p><p>(due to expansion, contraction, and bending) to one half of the value specified for a milled groove.</p>
