thread
Our stainless steel threaded fittings are available with different thread types. The standard version is the pipe thread for im thread-sealing connections according to DIN EN 10226. Here the external thread is tapered and the internal thread cylindrical. The external thread is designated with the abbreviation R and the internal thread with the abbreviation Rp.
Another type of thread is the pipe thread for non thread-sealing connections according to DIN EN ISO 228. In this case, the external thread (e.g. plug DIN 910) and the internal thread (e.g. socket) are cylindrical and have the code G.
We also stock fittings for screwing (T-piece, [elbow]#2146), double nipple, ...) made of stainless steel according to the US-American thread standard ASME/ANSI B1.20.1 with the abbreviation NPT. The sealing is achieved by the fact that the male thread and the female thread is tapered. This threaded connection does not require any further sealing agents such as Teflon tape or hemp.
Furthermore we also supply fittings (e.g. socket) made of stainless steel with metric thread according to DIN 13.
As a further type of connection we offer hose connector with nozzle connection.
