Stainless steel actuators electric
Electrical rotary actuators
Stainless steel blaa valve flanged end
with Electric actuator CH-elec
- Torque> 300 Nm
- Protection type IP 67 / IP 68
- Manual overrride
- Heater
- Electric torque limiter
J+J Electric actuators series J4C
An electric actuator serves to automatically open and close a ball valve. The robust polyamide housing, a protection type of up to IP 67 and the two voltage ranges make the electric actuators a simple alternative to a pneumatic actuator. The greatest difference when compared with pneumatic drives are certain to be the shorter switching time, a less frequent switching frequency (standardized pursuant to DIN EN 15714-2) and the polyamide housing. The electric actuators in this series are not EX-protected.
Manual activation
The DOME position indicator clearly displays the current position of the valve
A robust plastic housing made of polyamide (protection type IP67)
Operating lamp – the status LED always indicates the current operating status by means of diverse colours and flashing rates.
End position connector – the standard equipment includes two potential-free limit switches
Supply connector (a grey DIN cube connector)
Emergency operation switch for a manual activation
- Multi flange acc. DIN 3337 / ISO 5211
Service life / Switching cycles
The brushless motor is characterized by the moving rotor and the stationary stator not being connected electrically. This means that the sliding contacts (carbon brushes) that would be subjected to wear as a result of mechanical abrasion and brush arcing, are not required.
This enables the motor to achieve a service life of up to 100,000 switching cycles.
Voltage range
24-240VAC / 24-135VDC
The wide-range power supply self-adaptively recognizes the connected voltage!
Temperature range -20°C / +70°C
Heater
Automatic heating (3.5 W) is a part of the standard equipment.
Accessories
- Backup battery pack moves to an intended safety position in the event of there being a power failure
- A DPS positioner with a contactless hall effect sensor for analog signals (V/mA). With an input and an output signal or only an output signal.
